Blackberry Outage on the month of December

The outage of the Blackberry Mobile phone is all over the internet especially those users who posses this type of gadget for their daily use. It has been reported that the Blackberry Outage on December 22 will create major problem that will surely affect businessmen individuals especially in the US and Europe. There are also some users of this gadget on other countries but the issue doesn’t really affect them that much.

I do own a Blackberry phone which is the Bold 9700 and the only problem about using it on my daily activities is its battery. It can be easily low powered after making a call for about one or two straight hour period. The same thing happens when I do play games on such duration period of hours.

There are three major reasons about the source of the Blackberry Outage problem which are the following:

Too many users of the Blackberry phone means that all services that are being offered will surely be busy especially during special holidays such as Christmas week. Of course you need to call almost everyone whom you know including those people that you have forgotten for sometime and greet them the special two words on this month of December which is “Merry Christmas”.

The handling capacity of the Blackberry services is another big disappointment. Due to the huge number of users, it seems that they are having trouble attending to all users needs. I guess that the solution to this problem is that they need more man-power to be able to sustain the growing numbers of their costumers.

They do not have proper method or planning where they have failed almost twice in the previous months of the same holiday period. The last time has happened on the 17th of the month and it was expected that they will be able to avoid the same problem on the next period of the month but it’s too sad to say that they have failed on their tasks.

RIM has an explanation about the current outage where they aware about the problem and informed all of their users that they are working on it. They will soon finally fix the problem in no time but did not give any timetable. If you are going to visit the official website of the Blackberry Company, you won’t be able to find any information about the problem.
