Sis File Installation on Nokia Mobile phones

Nokia Mobile phone has become popular on some regions and there are some users of this cellular product who has trouble installing a Sis file. A Sis file could either be an application such as games or a theme that provides graphical interaction on your mobile phone.

The solution to this problem is to download the Nokia PC suite which can be found on Nokia's official website. Take note that you have to choose the appropriate version of PC suite of your phone or the installation might not work.

If you bought a complete package of any Nokia products, a CD containing the PC suite program should be included. Another important thing to remember is to identify the originality of the phone because there are numerous copy cats circulating around the market today.

Once you have installed your PC Suite, the main menu will show you multiple options which are the following: Backup, Synchronize, Connect to the Internet, Install Applications, File Manager, Contacts, Messages, View Multimedia, Store Images, Transfer Music, and Manage Connections.

Our concern is about the Installation of applications so choose the fourth icon on the first row. A new window will appear showing you two separate tables. The right side table is the “My Computer” containing the Sis files that you wish to install. You need to browse the file on the specific folder if it’s not shown on the default list. The left side of the window shows your Mobile Phone and it should be connected.

The installations are all automatic once you have selected the Sis file and clicked on the arrow pointing towards the “My Phone” table.

Moreover, latest Nokia products have now the capability to install a Sis file directly on its own on the application folder. All you need to do is to copy the file on your phone then simply follow the rest of the instructions that prompts.
