Easy tool

MPT 4.0 was very easy to install and works great with my Motorola cell phone. It took several minutes to run the updates but I didn't mind. After the install and updates were finished, I was running version 5. The program is easy to use. I just plug in my usb cable (bought separately) to my phone and pc, then start MPT. The software is easy to use and makes it simple for me to backup my phone or transfer pictures and music.

I got this product in a very timely manner, and it installed easily onto my laptop and was able to find my phone on the list, along with a ton of other ones, even the really old phones. I did have some problems with transferring ring-tones from my laptop to my phone, and it said i needed to spend another 20 bucks on the correct driver. This wasn't the case at all, it was just an error in the coding. So if anyone else buys this program and has the same kind of problems transferring music or pictures, just go to Google and type in Motorola Phone tools and the name of the error that you are getting, and you 90% of the time will get a return with the answers that you need for free.
