Review
I already had a full size prepaid T-Mobile SIM in my old iPhone 3GS (Jail broken and unlocked) and wanted to use the number on my new iPhone 4. This looks like it is a full size SIM which has been trimmed to meet the micro-sim form factor. Nevertheless it worked fine. I put the micro-sim into my factory unlocked iPhone 4 (purchased in Europe), went into "Settings/General/About" and noted the ICCID number (the SIM id number). I then called T-Mobile/Technical Support and told them I wanted to move my prepaid balance from my old SIM to the new SIM and gave them the ICCID number of the new SIM. Don't confuse them by telling them it is an iPhone 4 or a micro-sim otherwise you will get the party line of "this is not supported", just tell them you lost your old phone and now have a new one and want to transfer your prepaid balance! After a few security questions verifying that you are who you say you are, they told me it would take 2 hours for the new SIM to become active, but I got an SMS on the new SIM about 15 minutes later.
