Review:

I have purchased a number of 2. 5 to 3. 5 adapters that did not work with my iPhone. I do think the iPhone's 3. 5 mm audio jack port is much less standard as compared to one may consider. I would not be amazed in the event that there have been patents around the connector arrangements.

This one worked well. It looks like an adapter I could buy 2 years ago that also worked well. Like my old adapter that one seems a little flimsy -- I believe it is only best for about 8 months of major usage. Since these adapters appear to come and go It is suggested purchasing 2-3 at the same time.

Update: I purchased 2 more. All 3 of them give good results. I came across an old adapter and they are significantly more durable. So I am giving it a full 5 star rating.
