Review:

As an earlier review mentioned, plug in this charger and absolutely nothing happens. My RAZR does not even notice. I purchased 2; neither would charge my phone. (One of them rattled; something loose inside. ) As opposed to what another review stated, this charger is not exactly like the one that came with my phone; although identical, it's not the same, and contains another model number (see the label on the charger itself). I also bought a car charger but I am not planning to risk using it on my mobile phone. Did I return these products? No, I simply threw them away, simply because at these prices, with delivery and handling both ways not refunded, I would most likely get rid of even more money returning them.
