I presently own a great quality DSLR so I am a huge fan of such a zoom lens are capable of doing. This lens really does what it attempt to perform. It definitely won't deliver the same sharpness and clearness as a $400 zoom lens for DSLR cameras, but it is remarkably good for a $20 item.

To iPhone lovers, using this lens is like owning digital zoom set to 5x. The big difference is that the color and depth is way better with the GSI zoom lens. With the zoom, you do need a stable hand or platform to keep the camera or picture will turn out fuzzy (there is a hole for installing a tripod but who will use it?: ) Considering that the lens clip on to the phone, the entire setup does involve a lot of finesse to take care of in order that it doesn't mis-align with the phone's digital camera.
