Review:
Spent several hours working to get it to synchronize up along with my Motorola W490 simply to have it either tell me that this phone isn't supported (listed that it is) OR that this mobile phone is busy, try again later. I re-installed repeatedly, updated VISTA, the drivers, the application. Absolutely nothing. The F. A. Q. section of support website is buggy and only shows 1/3 of the listed pages. Conversing with support in India is really a lesson in futility. I'm so sorry which i lost my time and money. Stay away from the head ache, never buy this particular item. Do a trial version of SyncCell today, and presto - very first time, absolutely no problems.
